I believe in the magic of the birthing body, and it’s ability to rise to the occasion during such an amazing, beautifully chaotic, whirlwind of a time in your life. I believe in the process that bringing a tiny human earth-side entails, and I passionately provide you with the empowering, judgement-free support you deserve.

In the most amazing way possible, you’re not the first (nor will you be the last) person to give birth. Our ancestors created traditional healing practices that have the ability to ground your experience with peaceful, restorative energy.
And by taking an Eastern approach that is close to my heart and ancestry, your body is supported in what it does best: taking care of you.
